Open Tuesday through Saturday, enjoy taking in the vibrant colors of the various merchants shops in the St. Lawrence Market. Get all your food from local businesses including many choices in dairy, meat, and fish. On Saturdays you can purchase fresh flowers, vegetables, and fruit. Spend hours discovering everything the 19th century building has to offer.

Visit a Museum

A great museum to take children to on a rainy day, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) has many programs designed for kids. For the adults in the group, the museum offers a special series called ROM Speaks where you can discuss art and engage in conversation.

Go Rock Climbing

Being stuck inside all winter can make us not want to spend more time inside but go on an adventure with rock climbing. This is great exercise and perfect for families who have children of all ages.
